Theomone Brooks saw spot duty as a Freshman before earning a starting spot during his sophomore season. He garnered all-state honors as a kick returner, returning four kickoffs for touchdowns.

As a Junior, Theomone battled injuries to lead the Eagles in scoring while the team posted a sterling 9-1 record.

During his senior season, Theomone led the Eagles' wishbone offense to new highs. He saved his brightest spots for big games, pummeling E.C. Glass for two touchdowns in a thrilling 34-28 win. He also lit Annandale up for 172 yards and two touchdowns in the state championship. No other back in the 1990's rushed for more yards or scored more touchdowns than Theomone.
