Playing for pride alone was enough for G.W.  They used an early Halifax turnover to spark their first score.  Halifax tied it up, but Kenny Lewis scored the first of his three touchdowns to make it a 14-7 game at the break.   Lewis' second touchdown to start the second half was a beauty.  Halifax scored again to make it a 20-14 game---but G.W. then embarked on a 96-yard drive to stretch it to 28-14, then sealed the deal with this pass play. It's G.W.'s fourth straight win over the Comets.
