G.W. fullback T.J. Echols kept the inside busy as the Eagles toppled Thomas Dale 14-0.

Ricky Sittle hauls in a
touchdown pass from Jeremy Motley

 Micah Knight's two-point conversion made it 14-0.

The Eagles used a couple of big offensive plays and a "bend but don't break" defense to outlast the Knights. Quarterback Jeremy Motley took a busted play 20 yards into the end zone for the first touchdown. In the second half, Motley tossed his first touchdown pass of the year, a 24-yard strike to Ricky Sittle, to put the game away. Sittle also made a key tackle on a fourth-and-goal late in the game to preserve the shutout.
