Another District romp!


The G.W. Eagles racked up their 13th consecutive Piedmont District win with a 62-20 rout of Halifax County---setting the stage for a winner-take-all game next week for the undisputed district title!

To absolutely no one's surprise, Kuashawn Forest paced the Eagles' offense.   He got his mind-boggling SEVENTH consecutive 200-yard game, tallying 247 yards on 19 carries.  He also scored a career-high six touchdowns...the third-most in a single game in Eagle history!

It wasn't just a one-man show.  Sam Branch threw for 100 yards and a score, Weber Harris returned from a three-game layoff to catch a long TD pass, Devonte Grasty scored for the second week in a row, and Kevon Elam scored his first-ever high school touchdown!
