Senior Night Stomp!


It was a fun Senior night for the nine 12th graders who dot GW's roster.  They used big plays to overwhelm the Bassett Bengals, posting their fifth win in a row in a 55-14 rout.

Kuashawn Forest continued his assault on GW's record books.  He recorded a school-record fifth consecutive 200-yard game, scoring four touchdowns while rolling up 232 yards on the ground.  Sam Branch and Carl Poole also had rushing touchdowns.

The Eagles also cashed in on an 80-yard touchdown pass from Branch to Devontae Grasty.  Will Byrnes scored his first high school touchdown on an interception return, and the Eagles defense racked up a season-high six sacks.
