The record book got a few revisions after the regular-season finale against Martinsville. The GW Eagles struggled in the running game, but put up some record-setting passing numbers to drub the Bulldogs 49-9. G.W. got the air show underway on their second drive of the game. They followed it up early in the second to go up by two scores. But the Bulldogs bounced back. They used a field goal and a short touchdown drive to make it a 14-9 Eagle lead. But C.J. Graves scored to make it 21-9...then the Eagles tacked on a score late in the first half to go up 28-9! The Eagles poured it on in the second half---three more touchdowns, capped by a 43-yard run from a Sophomore who had scored twice in the JV game the night before!
