Well, the first 44 minutes of the game wasn't too much fun for G.W. fans, but the Eagles closed out with some fireworks to hopefully set the stage for a strong 2010 campaign. Osbourn outplayed G.W. and took advantage of Eagle mistakes to build an insurmountable lead in the first round of the Northwest Region Division Five playoffs. G.W. had a couple of chances to score, but came up empty. But D.J. Benion put the Eagles on the scoreboard late in the fourth. The Junior tailback added another score late in the game to cap a 227-yard night.
