The G.W. Eagles put together their most complete performance of the year, impressing a homecoming crowd with a 45-13 win over a solid team from Churchland. The Eagles built up a 10-0 lead midway through the second quarter...them used a scramble drill to take a three score lead. Churchland answered with a touchdown with only 28 seconds left in the half. But that was just enough time for the Eagles to score again, on one of the most improbable touchdown passes we've ever seen! The Eagles took control in the second half, scoring touchdowns on their first three possessions. The last one was Travis Jones' third of the night.
