The Eagles scored first and last on a Saturday afternoon, but allowed 20 points in between, losing a 20-17 decision to William Fleming.  G.W. got a long run from a familiar face to take a 7-0 first-quarter lead.  But the Colonels used the Derek Brown to A. J. Johnson connection for three first-half scores, giving them a 20-10 lead at the break.  The Eagles closed to 20-17 on this run from Tahron Goods, but never got closer.  The Eagles fall one game behind Fleming in the district standings.
